Because being the earliest-established department of Guidance and Counseling, we are always the bellwether of this field and the pioneer of research and practice in Guidance and Counseling. (Look up the report by CommonWealth Magazine introducing about our Student Counseling and Guidance Center, 2020) Therefore, both the admission quota and the number of enrollment in psychology-related departments around Taiwan have increased year by year. Take GC, NCUE for example. The admission quota of written test of our M.A. Programs in 2021 broke the record reaching to 399. The admission quota of In-service Master Program of Mental Health and Consultation also leaded in front of other departments reaching to 81. Looking forward to our excellent and Chinese-and-western-culture-combined teaching results, over 60 foreign students choose us instead of occidental countries. Exhaustingly coming from China, the number of our overseas Chinese PhD students is 12.
